[altq 145] 2 cbq links in 1 cbq.conf ? / routing prot. msgs in control class ?

Hello, i have two questions:

1) is it possible to have 2 links and define 1 CBQ hierarchy for each in the 
same configuration file so that running once `cbqd' is sufficient?
that is having 2 directives like: 
	interface pvc0 bandwidth 1M cbq
        interface pvc1 bandwidth 1M cbq
(particularly interested in the ATM PVC case)
 
2) the control class created by default and assigned a small % of the link 
bandwiidth it carries ICMP would it carry routing protocol messages (e.g RIP) 
or IGMP (again i should look into assigned numbers for the ports ... )

i'd appreciate it much if someone could take the time to answer them (it would 
save trial-and-error-time both mine and possibly other people's too :)
