[altq 162] altq on OpenBSD

I've ported ALTQ 2.0 to OpenBSD
I posted a message to tech@openbsd.org
But I think this list may be interested also!
I made my port and some other resources available from: ftp://dqc.org/pub/altq/
I tried to make the docs accurate, so they reflect what I did...
