No and No.  The altq 2.1 release has some signifcant design changes and
those changes are not fully reflected in the network analysis tools.
That's why they are now the legacy tools.  The only current tool is
altqstat which allows the capture of the class names.  If you look at
the altqstat code there is also significant redesign of the analysis
tools too.  Unfortunately the new functionality has not been ported
to the graphical tools...yet.  In the meantime I've hacked cbqmonitor
to provide output that is usable by mrtg and I've hacked cbqmonitor
to create a new program, called cdnrmonitor, (which includes a bit of
altqstat functionality) it to produce graphs on traffic conditiong 
elements (with the tce names) as well as more mrtg readable data for
TC performance.  This is a quick, dirty, and ugly hack to produce what
I consider some much need analysis tools for a prototype diffserv
network.  I was planning to throw them away when Kenjiro produces the
offical toolset.

Kenjiro, any idea when the next altq relase date might be?
