[altq 347] FRED - Fair Random Early Drop

Hi all,

I am now planning to compare the performance of RED and FRED on the
real-time video traffic in an IP routed testbed network.  Has anyone out
there implemented FRED in altq ?  If yes, I am not going to duplicate the
effort to implement it again in altq. If no, is anyone out there
interested in FRED.  I can distribue it after implementing FRED in atlq.
