[altq 607] delay and jitter

Hello.

I have just read the paper of ALTQ written by Kenjiro Cho
and I have got a question. Since I am quite new to ALTQ and
I would like to apologize if my question is too simple to
answer.

What I am thinking is if ALTQ support QoS of delay and jitter.
From the paper I have read, the UNIX router where ALTQ is
configured will provide the assured bandwidth, but how about
delay and jitter? Since they are considered as the important
factor for real time data stream, I thought weight should
be given to them as well as bandwidth.
