FYI: I had a chance to join the OpenBSD developers camp held in Boston last week, and committed ALTQ into the OpenBSD development tree. Also, ALTQ has been in NetBSD-current for a while. So, both OpenBSD and NetBSD will have ALTQ as part of their standard distributions in the next major release. -Kenjiro
