[altq 946] openbsd-2.9 and altq locking up hard

hi all...

i'm having a test machine running openbsd-2.9 with altq. i got a consistent result where when i enabled altq and run 'ping -f <machine-with-altq>' from another machine, it will lock up after 5-10 minutes with no way to recover except rebooting. but when the same machine is not running altq, the machine can take ping -f torture for as long as i run it.

i have set option NMBCLUSTERS=10000 in the kernel configuration and it still yields the same result. anyone having this problems, or have any tips for me to try?
