[altq 757] OpenBSD vs. FreeBSD

Hello, i am new in altq,
I have problem setting trafic shaper for my network.
I'm using OpenBSD-2.8 in my router.
Main problem is that i want shape traffic for each client to 32/64Kbit/s
Before i have started with `altq` i used FreeBSD-4.X
and there no problem with shaping with `ipfw`
i want to ask, what discipline using `ipfw` under FreeBSD
because i want to do same under OpenBSD-2.8 with `altq`.
