ALTQ is in NetBSD-current and OpenBSD-current, but not in
FreeBSD-current.
The basic IPv6 support of KAME has been in all BSDs (including
FreeBSD) for quite a while. But advanced features are moving
targets and only available in the KAME snapkits.
