[altq 1612] altq problem with compaq presario cds 720 (486 sx)

hello everybody,

i would like to set up altq on my compaq with openbsd3.1;

so far i have created the config file, but everytime when i trie to start

altq , i get the following errormessage:

 

altq: TSC is not available; use ALTQ_NOPCC option!

tbr_set: no cpu clock available

 

where do i have to change this ALTQ_NOPCC option? in the config?

in the header-files and recompile?

please help;
