[altq 113] PC crashes

Hello.
I'm trying to use the CBQ configuration file that you can find in attachment.
CBQ works well (I mean, CBQ works very badly, due to some bug in the nowp - ifnow computation, but that's another story and another mail in the next few days), but hangs up the machine when I try to kill that process.
Then I have to reboot manually, run fsck and so on.

Anyone has ideas about why this happens?
For instance, it happens on FreeBSD 228 + ALTQ 113, 228 + 1.2, 228 +1.2 patched, 3.2 + 1.2...
