A question on ALTQ -- i thought it used the tx interrupt from
the card to do the scheduling. Then i saw the message which started
this thread mentioning '512kb' or such fixed rates. So i wonder,
can you use ALTQ to do some flavour of WFQ at a speed lower than the
card speed (i.e. a-la dummyneet) ?
