[altq 352] bandwidth control

Dear whom may it concern,

I wrote two simple programs. The first one is to send UDP packets
as much as it can. The message length is fixed. The second one is
to send "raw" ATM cells from en0 interface as much as it can,
this program is made based on this document:
http://www.ccrc.wustl.edu/pub/chuck/tech/bsdatm/bsdatm.html

In the next step, I decided to control the output bandwidth of the
two programs mentioned above. I tried to use altq. The output
bandwidth of the program which sends UDP packets can easilly
be controled by using the altq, however, I have found that there is
an innability of controling the output bandwidth of the program
which sends ATM cells when I used altq.

... can I change the output bandwidth of the program which send
ATM cells by using altq? If there is someone who knows the
answer of this issue, could you please help me? Thank you for
the advance.

Sincerely,
