| I have build the biomolecular pathways associated with cancer. Please check them and let me know your comments. All pathways were created by PathwayAssist 3.0 (Ariadne Genomics, Inc.) (Infocom as Japanese distributor) Pathways are represented as graphs with nodes (proteins, small molecules and cellular processes) and controls (functional regulations, chemical reactions and protein-protein interactions). Nodes and controles serve as clickable image maps which include detailed information such as gene mutation, gene amplification, DNA mechylation, protein modification and their clinical significance. This database can integrate the cancer-related information and are useful to extract the characteristics of systems pathology of cancer. |
