AMT: address mapping table

VIP uses AMT table to map a virtual IP address(which is used as host identifier) into physical IP address. (which is used as location identifier)

You can see the table on other hosts in Shonan Fujisawa campus, Keio Univ., click here. (thanks to kei@sfc.wide.ad.jp) To see current AMT table of this machine, (www.csl.sony.co.jp, aka garuda.csl.sony.co.jp) click here.

You'll see a pair of IP addresses, like this:

---by hostname
foobar.csl.sony.co.jp -> xxx.yy.zz.ww

---by IP address
aa.bb.cc.dd -> xxx.yy.zz.ww
The hostname/IP address on the left-hand side is virtual IP address. The one on the right-hand side is physical IP address. The above list indicates: "a host named foobar.csl.sony.co.jp, which is currently located at xxx.yy.zz.ww."

Note: if the host sees no mobile host recently, you may see empty list. An AMT entry will be erased if its lifetime have passed.
