[altq 10] FORE PCA-200E ATM card support ?
Hi, everybody!
I've been using FORE's PCA-200E ATM PCI card under FreeBSD 3.1 kernel.
And It had been worked very well before I rebuilt my kernel for ALTQ-1.2
. When I reboot my machine using ALTQ kernel, PCA-200E card's microcode
seems not to be download into the ATM NIC, so the card's MAC address can
not be read correctly. Yes, I know, according to ALTQ's README, FORE's
PCA-200E(or "hfa" in device name) is not compatible with ALTQ kernel.
But, I'm eager to use my PCA-200E ATM NIC under ALTQ. Are there any good
solutions for this situations or any simple and easy way for me to make
ALTQ kernel support PCA-200E ?
Thanks a lot in advance !
P.S.) I'm sorry for my repetitive mail. But, It seems like that this
mailing list does not work correctly.
My previous mails' tail have been truked out ! What's wrong ?
