Hi. I'm currently look at cbq_rsvp.c and related files...
but...When I test rsvp(rel4.2a3), root cannot start "./rsvpd -D"...
Another user can start "./rsvpd -D" of course. It's a bug of ISI's RSVPD?

And... In ALTQ, I have known that cbqd, or wfqd can start only "root"(eg.
"ep0 enable", etc.)

How can I solve this problem?
