Hello I would appreciate some help on the follwoing question:

How do I configure multiple cbqd deamons on different PVCs on a single ATM interface 
card.

I am running altq 1.2, and in the changes document 1999/04/06 it is hinted that this 
is possible but I can't find any instructions on how to use a pvc subinterface.
The cbqd man page has not been updated since altq 1.1.3, this may be where the 
information should be.
