Thanx very much, I found out about the conditioners just now, and is
planning to implement a simple filter in altq_cdnr_input().
It does look very possible to achieve what I wanted this way.

BTW, I notice that when I define altq.conf as, for eg.
	interface ep0
	conditioner ep0 myclass <pass>
I get a message
	cdnr enabled on interface _dc0
	nop enabled on interface dc0
Is the "_dc0" name OK?
