Have anybody of you implemented the RSVP kit for ALTQ??

I've installed it as said in the instructions, but by examining the
Resv-message with a Network monitor I see that no reservations have been
made (which I think indicates that I have installed it wrong in some
kind of way). 

Install procedure used:
Downloads and compiles the release from ISI.
Follows the installation instructions that comes with the RSVP-kit.

Have anyone here any experience with these problems??
