altq-3.0 supports i386 and alpha so that there shouldn't be a big
problem to support other platforms.  Currently, I don't have time and
resources to do it by myself, though.

Regarding the drivers, Jason Thorpe integrated ALTQ into
NetBSD-current and converted most of the NetBSD drivers ready for
ALTQ.  But I doubt anyone actually uses ALTQ on sparc.

For OpenBSD, I'm going to have a chance to work with the OpenBSD
main developers in June.  I expect some progress on ALTQ support in
OpenBSD by then.
