[altq 769] Reservation problems with IntServ

Hi,

I'm currently working on a test concerning Integrated Services, and are
experiencing some problems reserving resources with RSVP. 

The problem is that I have to reserve twice the bandwidth to get a
Controlled Load flow with no packet loss. If I reserve the exact amount
necessary for the streaming flow, I get approximately 50 % loss. As a
consequence I can only utilize 50 % of the controlled load class.

I'm using FreeBSD 3.3 and ALTQ 2.2 with RSVP rel4.2a4.

Do you have any explanation of this phenomenon?
