segment of network, or port. that I must use.? of this: .

CBQ, HFSC, RED, RIO, Blue, WFQ, and PRIQ implementations

or where I can find howto, or somebody is amiable to pass a file to me of 
simple configuration, to administer to ports or segments of Internet of a 
LAN.
