	Can you send your routing tables at that ALTQ box, as well as the
destinations of traffic you're generating? A network topology diagram with
the direction of the flows would be best.

	Kenjiro is probably right, or you may be creating a bottleneck
with the first interface. Recall that ALTQ operates on the outgoing link.
