Hello.
I have a question about compiling my original extention to CBQ.

I'm using ALTQ3.0 on FreeBSD4.3-release. I want to implement my original queueing discipline as extension to CBQ. I'm modifying altq_cbq.c, and I want to try testing and re-modifying.

However, I have a question that
	I need to re-make ALTQ-Kernel
	(such as written in section 1.1 to 1.3 of INSTALL manual),
OR 
	I only need to re-make altq KDL modules
	(only 1.3).
