[altq 1298] ALTQ and KAME patch for FREEBSD4.3

   Hi,
 
  I have a Freebsd 4.3 with a Kame patch for IPv6 
  and I am looking to use ALTQ; 
 
  in the configuration file of the Kame 
  patch I found an entry for:
 
 # ALTQ
 options         ALTQ            #alternate queueing
 
   do this I make:
 
 cd /dev 
 sh MAKEDEV.altq all 
  
  now I launched the daemon and use a configuration
  file of example and then launched
 
 
 altqstat -s

 I will use different kind of Queueing Disciplines,
 like CBQ, RED,RIO,HFSC,PRIQ.......
 
 
 - Is this ok, or I need to put somenthing else 
   in the configuration file for the kernel ?
 
 - if I need to put something else, why the daemon
   no send me error messages ?
