[altq:1808] simple fair sharing (OpenBSD 3.1)

Hi everyone,

I have what seems to be a trivial problem, but I couldn't find anything
useful in the archives.

Setup: FW with OpenBSD 3.1 connected to outside world, internal LAN and
DMZ.

I would like to restrict traffic from the internal LAN to the outside
world, while leaving DMZ/world and DMZ/LAN untouched.

Also, I would like to restrict traffic so that all clients have a small
"guaranteed" bandwith (say 100k) and fairly share anything that's
unused currently (uplink bandwidth being 10 mbit).

Since I'm new to altq as of last week, the whole syntax and details
still elude me, so any pointers, /etc/altq.conf examples or other help
would be much appreciated. To be honest, I don't even quite know where
to start.
