[altq:1814] Dynamic ALTQ Question

Hi All,

I have a question:

I have three types of data which need to be prioritized

1) Live video

2) Archived Vide

3) text Data

Now I have configured my interface for x% allocated to Live Video,
y% allocated to archived video and z% allocated to text data.

I want to change the % allocation dyanmically means I dont want to kill
altqd and flush out the packets which are there in the queue. In other
word I should be able to change the configuraiton of the interface without
flushing out the packets.

Is there any way to do this? Any kind of help is appreciated
