[altq:1871] ALTQ - CIR + EIR howto?

		Hi,all!

I'm need to use ALTQ at FreeBSD server and i'm have some problem
I have group of customers  into 1 Mbit/s bandwidth 
for everyone customer from this group i'm need to assign bandwidth not less 
then 128К  and not more then 1Mbit/s 

I'm don't know how do it! Please help me
