     Is there some way of I remove the root class without I need to
remove the root class' children before? Is there a kind of 'rude force' way?
     My intention is... once that I have put the token bucket regulator and a
queueing discipline (cbq, for example),  I would like to 'flush out' them
without I need to restart altqd. Is it possible?
