[altq:1885] SIGHHUP QUESTION

HI EVERYBODY

I have a question. When you provide sighhup signal the packets
in the IP queue are lost. Is there anyway I can see how many packets
are lost? 

will cbqmontior will provide me drop packet info?? 

I am really interested in seeing the number of packets drop
when u kill altqd daemon and you restart altqd?

2) I would like to know what will happen when I provide HUP 
signal to the altq daemon. Will it lose packet? Will I be
able to change the configuration file by providing 
HUP signal
