If the ALTQ router receives only 1Mbps, the problem is on the source
box and there's nothing ALTQ can do.
When you ask for help, you should explain how you send the flows on
the source box.
- what program is used to send data
- which protocol (TCP or UDP)
- what operating system and what network card
