[altq 1408] FreeBSD 4.5 kernel panic

Hi All!
I have a router based on dual P2 350. It runs FreeBSD 4.5. It has few network
cards (ste*, ed* and de*). It has also Sangoma S508 card (wanrouter) and PPP
link on onboard serial port. I wrote some simple HFSC rules for ppp0 to
minimize ssh sessions delays while transferring files. It works perfectly on
NetBSD 1.5.3_RC1. But when I run altqd on that FreeBSD machine, kernel
panics after about half a minute.
I've installed FreeBSD-4.5 on my home machine, patched it with ALTQ 3.1,
upgraded ipfilter to 3.4.25, just like there. ALTQ runs very stable on this
configuration with rl0 interface.

What can be the cause of those kernel panics? Wanrouter driver
(ftp://ftp.sangoma.com/FreeBSD) doesn't have ALTQ supported.
For now, I want to use ALTQ only with ppp interface. Is it possible with
this configuration?
