	altq doesn't include a traffic generator. To generate traffic, use
netperf, netpipe, ttcp or any other traffic generator. Take a look at
http://www.caip.rutgers.edu/~arni/linux/tg1.html for an extensive list.

	By the way, we discussed this on the list a couple of months ago.
