[altq:1715] cbq and priq in altq.conf

I want to reserve 80% to http and 20% for the rest on my upload with cbq.  
Everything is working fine but when I want to add priority on protocol in 
altq.conf the altqd report me error and doesn't start.  It's like I can't 
have cbq and priq running in altq.conf.  Am I doing it wrong?  Here are the 
lines

interface ed0 bandwidth 10M cbq
and where the errors occurs are here
interface ed0 bandwidth 10M priq

When I put only priq in altq.conf everything is working fine it's only when 
I put priq and cbq in the same config that throw errors!!
Could someone light me on this?
