北野所長が、この度、米国人工知能学会（Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence以下、AAAI）の「AAAIフェロー」に選出されました。
AAAIは人工知能（AI）に関する国際的な非営利の学術団体で、
この度のフェロー選出は「ロボット工学や超並列AI、AIによる科学的発見と
システムバイオロジーへのAIの利用などでの多大なる貢献とリーダシップを発揮したこと」を評価されたものです。

Dr. Hiroaki Kitano has been named a fellow of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence.
Dr. Kitano’s recognition comes from "demonstrating great contribution and leadership in robotics, massively parallel AI, scientific discoveries by AI, and the use of AI in systems biology."
