Report on"The 1st International Symposium on Open Energy Systems"held on 14-15 January, 2014 at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology's (OIST) is now available at OIST webpage. The symposium was jointy organized by OIST and Sony CSL, and participants from various sectors, including government, industry, and academia, gathered to discuss the world's energy needs and learn about one possible solution - the Open Energy System (OES).
