Prevention and Rehabilitation
of Musican's Injuries

Surprisingly, more than 60% of musicians have suffered from physical problems such as pain and numbness. One of the most disabling disorders is musician's dystonia, which involves involuntary motion and muscular cramping. It develops in around 2% of musicians.

Our mission is to protect musicians’ health and promote their quality of life by deepening the understanding of pathology and pathophysiology of these musicians’ disorders and developing novel prevention methods and rehabilitation techniques.
