Mental Barrier Free Project
Project Engineer

I seek to rethink the connection between people and their environment through sound.

For nearly 20 years, I have worked primarily in automotive noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH), engaging in acoustic experiments, design, analysis, and the development of in-cabin acoustic environments. Drawing on my experience in designing sound with a focus on how people perceive and feel it, as well as my knowledge of engineering and acoustics, I aim to contribute technically to research and development within the Mental Barrier Free Project, which focuses on the relationship between auditory perception and emotion.

How do people perceive and feel sound, and how do they build relationships with their environment? Through this interdisciplinary project spanning engineering, acoustics, and research on auditory perception and emotion, I aim to help bring to life new possibilities for sound environments and experiences grounded in human perception, while remaining attentive to the different ways in which each person perceives the world.
