Frequency Biology Project
Project Researcher
Through my research activity, I have engaged in the wide range of research fields, and I have tried to enhance interdisciplinary research by actively introducing the active sensing and dynamic manipulation techniques to establish the novel methodologies for measuring and manipulating target organisms. Currently, we are focusing on marine environment to clarify the interaction between the environmental change and the ecological system of microorganisms. We have tried to conduct on-site marine experiments and large-scale data analysis by considering the dynamic behavior of organisms (particles) in the actual environments. In this project, I have plan to develop multi-scale ecosystem analysis and modeling methods, as well as sensing techniques that frequently interact with the environment, while exploring sustainable technology, business, and society.
