[Event] Frank Nielsen has been honored as an IEEE Fellow and attended a Tokyo Section award ceremony

Frank Nielsen has been honored as an IEEE Fellow and attended an award ceremony hosted by the Tokyo Section.

During the ceremony, the citations of the new Fellows were introduced by Baba, Chair of the Tokyo Section Fellow Nominations Committee (FNC), and plaques bearing the IEEE logo were presented to the new Fellows by Hiramoto, Chair of the Tokyo Section.
