Abstract
Weather affects human behavior and society, and it is closely related with our active. Forecasting weather condition helps people to avoid from menace like disaster. By increasing accuracy of forecasting, people can get more benefit in their lives. However, existing forecast system does not cover estimation of weather condition for each purpose and small area. It is difficult to increase accuracy in current method. One of basic information to estimate weather situation is distribution of atmospheric pressure. From the distribution, weather situation such as cloud, wind and rain conditions can be estimated. Then, its distribution can be estimated by pressure grade which is the gap of pressure values. In this paper, we proposed a system to estimate distribution of atmospheric pressure with multi pressure sensors. For evaluation, our prototype system which consists of 21 pressure sensors was built. Using wind tunnel, our constructed system was evaluated. Evaluation showed possibility of estimating direction of high/low pressure area using our prototype.
