米国テキサス州オースティンにて開催される世界最大のクリエイティブ・ビジネス・フェスティバル「SXSW（サウス バイ サウスウエスト）2019」のインタラクティブフェスティバル (2019年3月8日～12日）がスタートします。
ソニーは、3月9日から12日の期間でWOW Studioを出展。このブースにおいて、ソニー CSLは社長の北野がゲストにユルゲン・シュミットフーバー氏（9日）、ガルリ・カスパロフ氏（10日）、石黒浩氏（9日）をお招きしてトークセッションを展開するほか、当研究所のプロジェクト"Flow Machines"、"Superception"、"Das Fremde"が体験できる展示を行います。

At SXSW, Sony's WOW Studio sees a robot future that's groovy, not apocalyptic - Put your AI fears aside, says Sony, algorithms and other tech can help you fire up your muse.
Sony will take part in SXSW 2019 (South by Southwest) from March 9, the world's largest creative business conference and festivals, to be held in Austin, Texas.
Sony's booth "WOW Studio" will be open from 12pm to 8pm (local time) on March 9 - 12, 2019. Hiroaki Kitano, President and CEO of Sony CSL, will lead lively discussion in line with themes such as AI and creativity along with the guest speakers. The guest speakers include Juergen Schmidhuber(March 9), Garry Kasparof(March 10), and Hiroshi Ishiguro(March 9). Sony CSL will also present some of our latest research exhibits Flow Machines, Superception, and Das Fremde.
